As of 2022 the annual contribution rates, for organizations registered in the Business Register, have changed. The annual contribution will depend upon their legal form and reflects the amount of work required to maintain the Business Register up to date for each specific type of legal form.

Also, a distinction will be made between small and large NV’s and BV’s, depending on the number of registered officers. NV’s and BV’s with more than one registered officer are considered large companies in view of the increased amount of work involved.
